Program

Mirai Video Customer Care Texts. Mirai Video (operated by Mirai AI Inc) sends customer care text messages about your video requests, project updates and support. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

  1. Open the signup form on our website and enter your mobile number.
  2. Read the disclosure shown right above the button.
  3. Tap “Send code”. This is your consent to receive our customer care texts.
  4. We text you a one-time verification code.
  5. Enter the code on the website to confirm your number. Your opt-in is complete once the code is confirmed.

You can opt in on our website: open the signup form, enter your mobile number, and tap “Send code”. Right above the button, the form shows this disclosure, with links to our Terms, SMS Terms and Privacy Policy: “By tapping “Send code”, you agree to receive customer care texts from Mirai Video (operated by Mirai AI Inc) about your video requests, project updates and support. Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You agree to our Terms, SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.” Tapping “Send code” after seeing that disclosure is your consent to receive these texts; there is no checkbox. We then text a one-time verification code to the number you entered, and you enter that code on the website to confirm the number is yours. Your opt-in is complete only once the code is confirmed; we don’t add unconfirmed numbers. The code message is used only for verification. You can also opt in by texting START to +1 (628) 295-7938. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The one-time code text is sent by our text messaging provider, Twilio, and may come from a different number than our texting number. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
