Terms of Use

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Mirai Video website and service. Mirai Video is operated by Mirai AI Inc ("Mirai Video," "we," "us"), San Francisco, CA. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Mirai Video makes launch videos for startups, mostly over text. You text us at +1 (628) 295-7938 (or sign up on our website and we text you), send us your website, and we send you a video. You can ask for changes, and we'll send the next version. We may decline or stop work on any request, for example if it isn't a fit or breaks these terms. Any timing we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee.

To use the service, you must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the startup you represent.

Launch offer

Your content

You keep ownership of your website content, logos, brand materials and anything else you share with us. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them. You give us permission to use them, and the public pages of your website, only to make and deliver your videos and to communicate with you about them.

Your videos

You may use the videos we deliver to you for your business, for example on your website, in social posts, in pitches and in ads. We won't publish your videos as examples of our work without your permission. We keep our rights in our own tools, templates and know-how. If a video includes third-party material, such as licensed music, that material may be subject to its own license terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, or to interfere with the site or service.

If you opt in, Mirai Video (operated by Mirai AI Inc) sends customer care text messages about your video requests, project updates and support. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Message frequency varies based on your video requests. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS Terms are part of these terms.

No guarantees

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular result from a video, such as signups, sales or funding.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirai Video (operated by Mirai AI Inc) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
